What they did
After a delayed flight across two airlines on a codeshare, spanning three jurisdictions and differing regulations, they had already tried a few airline compensation companies, which blew them off. They explained the full situation to ChatGPT, which reasoned through the overlapping jurisdictions and bureaucracies and got more specific as they gave it more detail.
How it went
ChatGPT told them exactly who to follow up with and what to say, and once they did, the airline’s support agreed to pay the requested compensation. They got $500.
Try it yourself with ChatGPT
Describe your full situation to ChatGPT in detail: the airlines involved, any codeshare or partner arrangements, the countries and regulations that might apply, and what has already gone wrong with the company that denied your claim. Ask it to reason through which specific regulation applies and exactly who to contact and what to say, then follow up directly with that language.
