What they did

A small creator who says they genuinely cannot code started using Claude Code after watching someone else pull action items from their emails in plain English. Over three weeks they built four tools, including a data analytics tool that analysed 776 videos across 57 channels to identify thumbnail best practices, and a YouTube Quote Carousel generator that turns a video into Instagram and LinkedIn carousels.

How it went

The thumbnail analysis, previously three full days of manual work, was done in an afternoon. The carousel generator cut a job that used to take half a day to a full week down to minutes, and it is already in use for Team Ali, The Gimbal Podcast and Paul Millerd. All four tools are hosted on free or very low-cost platforms.
