“I already feed ChatGPT my family' preferences (e.g. Kid A doesn't eat X Y Z and liked meal A B C, kid B likes ...) and ChatGPT is helping me build meal plans.”

What they did
They get groceries delivered through a Walmart delivery pass and wanted AI to curate meal planning around their family’s preferences. They feed ChatGPT each kid’s likes and dislikes, such as foods one won’t eat and meals another one enjoys, and ask it to help build the week’s meal plan.
How it went
With those preferences on file, they can quickly nail down a meal plan for the week; the slow part that’s left is manually working through Walmart’s own site to place the order.
Try it yourself with ChatGPT
Give ChatGPT a running list of each family member's food preferences and restrictions, such as favorite meals, foods they refuse to eat, and allergies. Ask it to put together a week's meal plan that works for everyone, and reuse the same preference list each week so you only need to tweak it as tastes change.

"What's for dinner?" with allergies, expiring food and a garden to use up. ChatGPT wrote the build plan and Codex built a local app. Two restarts and about 20 hours later, it's an MVP they use daily.
Amazon support couldn't figure out the URL for an account question and wanted to escalate with a phone call instead. Gemini gave the URL and explained what was needed in one reply. ChatGPT got it right too.
Their dad's captions said things like "Christmas 1987", not dates. A script asked ChatGPT for dates and coordinates and wrote them into each photo. Now their timeline goes back to the day they were born.
Faulty windows, a long contract and UK law they didn't know. ChatGPT Projects parsed it all and wrote to the landlord, who went from stalling to getting a quote, with work due in a couple of months.
Buying small e-commerce brands, they codified everything they look for into a six page prompt. Given a listing's screenshots and financials, ChatGPT takes a first pass to decide whether a seller call is worth taking.
Booking flights for a Costa Rica trip, a picky traveler asked ChatGPT to look them up. It checked Kayak, noticed the return flights got in too late and offered other options; they ended up booking one.
