What they did
They set up a persistent AI agent, Baz, on their personal computer using the open source framework OpenClaw, giving it access to their email, calendar, files and messaging apps. With a second child due and a mountain of hospital paperwork piling up, some of it in a language they are still learning, they asked Baz to handle it. Baz scanned 34 pages of hospital forms, stitched them into indexed PDFs, found every form still needing a signature, researched the insurance coverage, and drafted a pre-approval submission for the insurer.
How it went
What they would have spent an entire weekend on, they reviewed over lunch instead. The agent already knew their insurance provider, doctor and procedure details from earlier conversations, so nothing had to be re-explained. They add that every external action still needs their review before it goes out.
